All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves the possession of Minus Cake Boutique. We are not responsible for any damages to the cake after delivery is complete. Minus Cake Boutique will not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit for products that meet our quality standards once a cake has been delivered, or accepted by you or a designated party.
Cakes with delivery selected will only be delivered once, and only to the address listed upon booking. Changes to the address must be done at least 24hours prior to delivery date. Cakes unable to be received by you or a designated party at time of delivery will result in product being returned to the store. Additional charges will apply for additional deliveries.
No Refund could been made if cancel the order less than 72 hours.
