Terms and Conditions
All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves the possession of Minus Cake Boutique. We are not responsible for any damages to the cake after pick-up or delivery is complete. Minus Cake Boutique will not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit for products that meet our quality standards once a cake has been picked up, delivered, or accepted by you or a designated party.
Cakes with delivery selected will only be delivered once, and only to the address listed upon booking. Changes to the address must be done at least 24hours prior to delivery date. Cakes unable to be received by you or a designated party at time of delivery will result in product being returned to the store. Additional charges will apply for additional deliveries.
* All cakes must be pre-ordered at least 48 HOURS before customers place the order for delivery or pick-up
* Delivery fee is flat rate at $15. ONLY Valid for Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Lougheed area
* Delivery window is anytime between 11am - 2pm everyday, no specified time available.
* Valid Address and Phone number are REQUIRED
