DELIVERY & PICK-UP 
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Delivery & Deliveries Policy: 

All items are available for in-house pickup or delivery. Please note that delivery and handling charges are extra $15-25 to our shipping area.

PICK-UP
Items will only be available for pickup during store hours. Write your pickup date and schedule your pickup date while pre order the cake should remain as the same date. Please contact us ahead to schedule an earlier pickup time.  A minimum of 48 hours is required for pickup from the day the order is placed. Please contact us at least 1 day in advance if you are unable to make it to the pickup date. 
*ALL CAKES NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE 

DELIVERY
Shipping hours is everyday from 11-2pm. We delivery our cakes to LOWER MAINLAND VANCOUVER area, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Lougheed, Richmond ONLY. If customers need to deliver items to other city inside B.C., please contact us for extra delivery and handling fee.
 All orders leave our facility by 9am.
If a specific delivery time is required, please contact us ahead to make arrangements.

DAMAGES
For orders of accessories, if the product arrives in a damaged condition, please email us at info@minusboutique.com to refund or exchange the product. 
Please email info@minusboutique.com with any comments, questions, or concerns.
At this time we do not ship to addresses outside of British Columbia, CANADA.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Every handmade cakes we sell is carefully inspected and packaged before being delivered. By placing a cake order for delivery, you acknowledge Minus Cake is not responsible in any way for occasional delay that may occur during transportation.
Minus Cake is not responsible for improper handling and storage of product once pickup or delivery. Please check before you admit to receive the cake and keep the cake in fridge as soon as possible.
All payments made are non-refundable except if a delivery order is not completed, and it is proven to be the direct consequence of Minus Cake's mis-action.
In no case will a refund be made if incorrect or incomplete information has been provided by the purchasing customer. In no case will a refund be made if cakes are stolen or damaged by leaving cakes outside of a delivery address while no one can receive the order.
We are not able to offer refunds on delivering delays due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
